How to test a Water Cooler – Please test the unit yourself to see if the reported fault is correct or not. Remove the spike twisting anticlockwise and lifting, so as to expose the tank. Fill the tank near full with tap water (no need to put a bottle on top) and turn the rear power switches on. If it’s a hot water model you must dispense a cup water from the red child safety hot tap before you turn on the rear power switch. Let the cooler run for say 3 hours and see how it goes.
